All the contact details with Tmura and Davidoff, including workdays, office hours and service centers are published regularly on the Tmura and Davidoff website and are updated from time to time. We are committed to a personal commitment, providing a clear and efficient response within a reasonable period. We work with full dedication\u00a0 for solving the customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transparency and Simplicity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We aspire to grant the customer a personal and sympathetic relationship for providing him with a simple and pleasant service experience. To speak to him in a simple and comprehensive language, to reflect and simplify the mandatory stages for executing his requests and for accompanying him in the necessary bureaucratic processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We comply with the customer\u2019s right to privacy and, therefore, we undertake to work to protect information belonging to the customer and to maintain confidentiality of discussions with him and his privacy pursuant to the provisions in the law

Pension insurance is one of the most important and significant assets of our customers. We undertake to place the best personnel that are experts in the field, who have undergone much professional training, at our customers\u2019 disposal. We undertake to provide the optimal solution to the customer\u2019s needs and personal preferences in each approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To provide an initial response and continuing to accompanying the customer until executing his requests and realizing his rights in the pension schemes to his satisfaction while updating the customer the in the execution stages and including him in relevant information for treating his requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintaining Contact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We undertake to initiate an approach to the customer, within seven business days, at least once every two years or at any time in which we are informed about a change in the customer\u2019s condition in relation to the pension product that necessitates a meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
